I gave up all refined sugar drinks and reduced my urge for my demon sweets mostly chocolate and Ice cream.. but I make my own and only eat Dark chocolate products with 65% Cacao. But I weighed 515lbs and now down to 350 lbs. just by cuting out the evil white sugar and I stay away from two evils.. HFC and Transfats. Now I am at a weight where I can walk daily. Also I have cut portions back as well hope to get down below my College weight of 175 in the next 3 years.  ]]></description>
