Really cooked meat increases it’s caloric value and humans be inflicted with evolved to munch cooked meat. Cats obviously can’t cook meat and they’ve evolved to digest raw meat. This video is somewhat misleading.

I know part of the nutritional value is depleted by cooking, but I don’t reckon it makes it unhealthy or worthless.
